Where can I get my Tamrac bag repaired?

For our U.S. customers who need a repair made, please contact our Customer Service Department at (800) 662-0717 and ask for a Return Authorization Number (“R.A.#”). Then send in your bag (freight prepaid, in a clean condition, and with no equipment) with the R.A.# referenced. Turn-around time is approximately 14 working days from the date of receipt. If your bag is under warranty (5 years from date of purchase), it will be fixed at no cost to you unless the damage is other than normal wear and tear. If your bag is not under warranty, we will notify you of the charge prior to making any repairs. Tamrac ships all repairs, both warranty and non-warranty, freight collect.

For our customers outside of the U.S., Tamrac products should be returned to the place of purchase or the Tamrac distributor in that country for warranty coverage.
