Product Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from TAMRAC.COM for any reason, just contact us within the first 15 days after receiving your product and we'll issue a full refund upon receiving the items. This applies only to items purchased directly on TAMRAC.COM.

  • For product returns purchased directly from TAMRAC.COM within 15 days after receiving your product, please complete the form below.
  • For warranty service please refer to the warranty service application.
  • For non-warranty repairs, please place a repair order.
To return your goods, you must have a valid RMA. Please complete the form below to obtain one. Return shipping instructions will be emailed to you along with your RMA number. We will offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. You must return the goods within 7 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA and all packages must include the RMA number or they will be refused.


PLEASE NOTE: We recommend that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to TAMRAC or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking or (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping
