Our products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for five (5) years to the original purchaser from the original date of purchase. Our warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, mishandling, misuse, alteration or repair outside of our facility, acts of God (such as a flood) or accidental damage; nor does it cover the natural breakdown of materials or wear and tear.
If your product does not qualify for warranty coverage, we have a full repair department and can fix your bag for a nominal fee. If your repair request is for rolling case wheels please understand that replacement wheels are no longer available.

If you believe your product is exhibiting a defect in material and/or workmanship AND it's been less than five (5) years since you purchased it, then please fill out the form below so that we can qualify and evaluate your claim. At our discretion, we will issue a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) and instructions on how to send the product to us for inspection, replacement, and/or repair. Please note, that products received without a valid RMA will be refused.
