Great Camera Case

Love the Pro Compact 2 camera case. My Canon G5X Powershot fits it perfectly along with all the necessary accoutrements (batteries, chips, lens wipes, etc.). When gardening I photo-document plant growth, harvests, pests & diseases, etc. The Pro Compact 2 fits comfortably when belted on my hip and allows me freedom of movement when I am working. Durable and long lasting; great camera case!

Great little pouch

I already have some Tamrac cases and these are in general excellently conceived and well put together. So is this one. When you're using it in the open it will protect your equipment from all sides, as opposed to those bags or puuches that don't add the "roof" over the main compartment, and rather leave the upper corners open to rain, snow, and dust. In all, you can go out even if the weather is not quite ideal The belt loop is fixed with two tacks instead of one (as with Pro Compact 1), adding some belt-wearing stability. I'll be using my pouch with one spare battery and a slim powerbank, and it will all fit nicely.

Almost a great Bag

The Pro Compact 1 is nicely constructed and fits my camera well while providing sufficient protection. The plastic Clasp slide release trigger is difficult to find by touch requiring eye contact to operate and both hands. This spoils what could be a great bag. I won't have a bag with Zippers or Velcro and the Tamrac clasp shows promise. It just needs a tactile and appearance upgrade so it can be easily operated with one hand.
